    Update: website and webmail temporarily offline

    As part of our ongoing security maintenance related to the PHP incident, we’ve temporarily taken our website and webmail offline. All your emails are safe and your email keeps working.

    Your email keeps working. You can send and receive email as usual through a mail app, such as Thunderbird, Apple Mail or Outlook.

    Not using a mail app yet?
    You can create a device specific password via your Soverin Dashboard

    Log in via my.soverin.net
    Go to Account > ‘Overview’.
    In the section ‘Security’ click on ‘Set up your device’ and follow the steps

    Go to your phone to continue:
    Add a new account on the mail app you’re using
    Log in with your email address and the password you just created

    Enter the following details:
    Account Type: IMAP
    Incoming Mail Server: imap.soverin.net
    Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.soverin.net

    As a precaution, we've temporarily disabled file uploads through our web interfaces. This is part of urgent security maintenance. As a result, you can't add attachments in webmail right now.

    Sending and receiving email works as usual, as does opening and downloading attachments. Need to send an attachment? In the meantime you can use a mail app such as Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook or the mail app on your phone.

    We'll turn uploads back on as soon as the maintenance is complete, expected later today or tomorrow.
